I am a retired veterinarian and have been involved with the Doberman Pinscher breed in AKC confirmation and working shows. My Dobermans possess the correct standard, are health tested, have longevity, temperament suited as family companions. I have bred over 25 AKC champions, BOB, Group winners, BIS, BISS, high scoring dog in trial and compete in other venues/titles now offered by AKC. My daughter was raised from birth with my Dobermans. After my professional career I bred a litter in 2015 from semen of a dog whelped in1984 producing 8 puppies. I am now breeding based on phenotype combining genotype on the old pedigrees sound in body and temperament. My dogs live, travel as my pets, household companions. Litters are whelped in my home, individual puppies are handled, exposed to normal everyday living, crate trained, eat from separate bowls and start leash training. I have been mentored from the late Irene Nail Bivin in the 60's, 70's. I do not breed yearly - concentrate on quality, individualism to each pup.
