We focus on producing Champion-Sired English Show-Quality Labradors in Black, Yellow and Chocolate (non-dilute) as future family companions, service, conformation, performance and therapy dogs, with an emphasis on excellent temperaments and intelligence, beauty, and health. We have imported some of our breeding Labradors from renown kennels in Russia and Ukraine, carefully selecting them for very strong pedigrees, and they have all earned at least their AKC CGC and Advanced CGC titles. Our dogs are all thoroughly health-tested, including certification of hips and elbows, eyes, and extensive genetic/DNA testing, going beyond the requirements of the breed club to test for every genetic disease that can currently be tested for. We provide a life-time health guarantee that none of our puppies will develop the common Labrador genetic diseases of PRA, CNM, or EIC, or any of the other genetic diseases for which both parents have been tested through Embark's full panel. Our puppies are all multi-champion sired. They are raised in a loving family environment and carefully and systematically socialized using techniques based on well-known neonatal programs for future service and therapy dogs, including biosensor ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation), ESI (Early Scent Introduction), and systematic sensory exposure, as well as handling and conditioning to reduce the likelihood that our puppies will develop noise phobias, body sensitivity, or fear of objects like vacuum cleaners, or aggression or fear with other dogs/animals or children. Our puppies are accustomed to leashes and basic manners/obedience commands at an early age so as to maximize their potential train-ability and to provide them with the best start possible to help them develop into well-adjusted adults. We also offer an "Extended Stay" program for those who wish their puppies to remain with us for training after eight weeks of age. During this time, the puppy starts learning house-breaking/crate training; basic obedience commands; and manners. All our puppies are vaccinated, de-wormed, and micro-chipped before they go home, and come with limited AKC registration papers unless they are destined for the show ring. We provide a one-year health guarantee against the development of debilitating congenital conditions/diseases and a thirty-six month guarantee on hips and elbows. I am a former U.S Marine and bought two of different parents. I believe everyone needs a best friend to grow up with and that does not judge you. These have become my second family and best of friends and guarding my family when we are away or at home. I am very happy with them and enjoy them as my family does. Our second family are these dogs, to love and protect my family of which they have done a great job. I know the puppies will do the same to any home or farm. All are well cared for and fed top food. The Dogs are great with kids and know when friends are friendly and outsiders. Visiting them is always open to view and play with. We started showing (Great Pyrenees) in 1965, becoming very active in the dog community, both regional and national. We established two new regional clubs, serving in every Board capacity - multiple times - including Specialty Chairman for regional Independent Specialties and as National Specialty Chairman in 1992. We have enjoyed a “dog centered” life, but not to the exclusion of other interests; ie, car shows, jobs, friends, craft hobbies, charities, horses, donkeys, a llama and many cats. We are both members of Anatolian Shepherd Dog Club of America and adhere to their Breeder Code of Ethics, stressing health testing and adherence to our Breed Standard. The Anatolian breed entered our lives in 2006 and we have never looked back. We live in the High Desert of CA where extreme temperatures (both low and high) are the norm. Tough dogs and resilient people do best here. All our Anatolians have been shown and titled (CH, GCH & above), and both the Sire and Dam of our recent litter have their Grands. An aggressive career and long hours have always stifled our ability to breed any of our show quality bitches, provide the care necessary to have a healthy – well socialized - litter and properly maintain a superior environment. If they stay long enough they learn 'no' ...actually almost right away! lol... but 'sit' and so much more when they stay longer...but everything comes with a cost...reserve a pup and let me know what you need...I will developed the pup your direction. They live with the alpacas 95% of the time. ... of course they are current on worming and shots....they can also be kennel trained but I only do this for those transporting after all the dog is a livestock guardian and will not be spending much time in a crate. The pups should be well balanced with no issues, having received only love and responsible handling.
