Sally Sklar (Kincardene) is from Tennessee and breeds Toy Fox Terriers in association with Mary Redenbach (Vinmar) of Bowling Green Kentucky. Between the two of us we have been breeding and showing and been exhibiting conformation dogs for over 50 years. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders.
