We are a Breeder of Portuguese Water Dogs only and have been doing this for going on 9 years. There is not a more rewarding job for us, and are truly proud of the lifelong friendships we have built with our puppy families and continue to strive to keep that bond. A great deal of our puppies are sold from references or to people that we have previously placed puppies with, due to our excellent reputation, honesty, love for each one of our puppies, and the quality of our puppies. We ask that all puppy buyers enroll in a puppy class with their new puppy and believe this has kept  our porties in their original homes for their entire life. The PWD is a very active and smart breed making puppy class a fun bonding experience for the new owner and puppy. My main focuses are health, companionship, and therapy. We also have several dogs that we have placed for show. We are proud to say that our all of our parents are among the healthiest of the breed and have all been cleared for genetic diseases that have been known to be carried in this breed, which is why we offer lifetime health guarantees with each puppy we place, they also come with current vet check, up to date vaccinations and have been wormed routinely. In addition I prepay for all the puppies AKC registrations and registrations of puppies micro chips with AKC Re-Unite so your new puppy is protected. I do this online as soon as I receive payment for the puppy.  AKC will email all new owners a copy of the registration and then  send our registration via mail to the buyers address.  This will free  up some time to get know your new puppy. All of our puppies are raised inside with our family and have been well socialized with people of all ages as well as other pets. They have a great temperament, good pedigrees, and intelligence. If our puppies are not placed within 8 weeks we immediately begin crate training them and potty training them.
