Mary Plumb lives in rural North Dakota and proudly breeds Shih Tzu in her home. Our dogs have full run of our acreage (weather permitting) and home and are never kenneled. Pen-training and pad training are used for each of our dogs and puppies. It is important to me that my puppies find their best home and so I never ship them.
