Cosmic Portuguese Water Dogs is located in central New York. We are members of the Syracuse Obedience Training Club (SOTC) and the Nutmeg PWD Club, training and competing in AKC conformation, obedience, rally, and agility, and PWDCA water trials. Our puppies are raised in our home, living and playing with our adult dogs and socialized with children and adults. We use temperament testing to match the right family with our puppies and at 9 weeks old, our puppies leave us vaccinated, microchipped, crate trained, house broken, and with a solid foundation that allows them and their families a rewarding life together.
