Shetland Sheepdog

WELCOME to Sierer Farms Shetland Sheepdogs We are a small show breeder that has a few puppies available occasionally. Healthy , happy , well-bred puppies aren’t an accident. We breed for showing and we try our best to breed the best pairs together for the best conformation outcome. We bred tested pairs as if we were breeding for ourselves because we are. Of course we can’t keep them all.. will come with AKC registration papers for limited or full registration. Microchipped, Vet Checked, current on shots and worming, socialized and ready to become a part of your family. They are raised in our home with constant care, and love. We hand feed our babies to help out where needed. Our puppies are available only to approved homes. Puppies are clear by parentage for Collie Eye Anomaly, Degenerative Myelopathy, Multidrug Resistance 1, Progressive Retina Atrophy, Von Willebrand Disease III. Parents were tested by Paw Print Genetics and results are available on their website. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.

Shetland Sheepdog

Hello! I am Sue, of Greyfyre Shelties in Kent, Ohio. I breed show line MDR1, CERF, CEA, CNGA1 PRA, DM, VWD3 clear Shetland Sheepdogs. Our breeding goal is to breed a Greyfyre Sheltie that is capable of winning at our National conformation show that have keen intelligence with willing minds. We are half way there as several already have been invited to compete at the Nationals in obedience!!! Adults and pups all live right in the home, in the middle of everything. They have freedom to run our 10 acres until exhausted and enjoy a large indoor playground for foul weather. A dog paradise indeed! Greyfyre Shelties are successful in conformation, agility, obedience and simply EXCELL as therapy dogs and of course are fabulous pets. They are outgoing, people loving and love to play. Reports from newly placed pups rave how the pups quickly house train due to Greyfyre's complex and extensive puppy raising, litter training system! As our puppies quickly become a part of the household, we do screen prospective owners and do reserve the right to refuse a sale. Please check out individual pictures of the parents and each beloved baby on their individual page at Greyfyreshelties.com. Read the diary to see how they grow and develop! Adults available at times

Pam and Bud Wendel live outside Cincinnati, Ohio and breed Shetland Sheepdogs. Bud also has extensive experience in Field Labs and Field Goldens. Scout was born in 2016 and is a sable who competes in conformation and is a certified therapy dog. Her temperament is calm and friendly, and she's a huge hit at our children's hospital, where she visits about once a week with patients (in non-COVID times). Addy's first love is agility, and while she's learning faster than Pam, they're eager to start competing soon. She was born in 2018. Addy was born in 2018 and is a sable who is tri-factored. Her Dam is Scout, and her Sire is GCH Randomcreek Doctor Watson, who won BOB at Westminster in 2015. She has a beautiful dark coat, and competes in conformation. She's just starting her agility training. Addy had four beautiful male sable pup in 2020, and all went to wonderful homes! Scarlett is one of Scout's pups, and has an amazing red tint to her sable coat. She's well balanced with a nice head and has a nice long tail, and has gotten very comfortable in the conformation ring this fall.
