Chimney Mountain Chihuahuas is located in Oklahoma and breeds both long and smooth coat Chihuahuas. Our puppies are born and raised in our home and handled daily by our children. Our goal is to raise quality, healthy, well-socialized Chihuahuas to be your friend & companion. Until 2005, we raised and sold AKC Chihuahuas as D & T's Paw Paw Patch. However, with the birth of our children that we were not supposed to be able to have, we took a sabbatical from raising these delightful dogs until our children were older. Now, under our tutelage, our daughter has decided to partner with us in raising Chihuahuas. We are excited to be back !!! AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. My aim is to breed to the AKC standard for Chihuahuas. I only breed pure-bred, apple-headed Chihuahuas. I do not intentionally breed the mythical "teacups." I do not breed merles. I take breeding to "improve the breed." seriously. I breed for good health and good conformation. My breeding dogs have show pedigrees because they indicate generations of healthy, well-put-together dogs that pass those characteristic traits on to their pups. I breed excellent companions. A loving disposition is as essential to my breeding as good health. What good is it to have perfect conformation and stunning beauty if your companion is foul-tempered, fearful, or aggressive? I will not breed a Chihuahua with health or conformation problems. Nor will I breed a Chihuahua that is not a joyful, loving companion. My puppies are not the most expensive in the country, nor are they inexpensive. If cost is your highest concern, please adopt a Chihuahua from your local shelter or nearby Chihuahua Rescue. I rescued my first Chihuahua from the shelter in Oklahoma City. "Peanut" was one of the greatest dogs of my life and the reason I started breeding Chihuahuas.

We raise pure bred AKC Chihuahuas, with Champion bloodlines and awesome pedigrees. We have smooth & long coat, with a variety of colors, including Parti’s. They are loved, socialized and have wonderful temperaments.
