Devon Benbrook is from Oregon and breeds Russell Terriers. I have been breeding Jack Russell's since 1985 when I got my first ones from England. I breed first for temperament, Russell's sometimes have bad reputations but thru selective breeding White Oak Russell's are as much a companion dog and family member, while still having that Russell spirit.
