My wife and I own & manage Stewardship Homestead, an active farm/restoration project in the foothills of SW Virginia. The property is what remains of a 100(+)yr-old farm, including the original farmhouse. Our goal is to be a sustainable, responsible, and efficient farm - with a focus on community and quality, over production and profit. We currently raise beef, poultry, goats, and pigs - and we breed registered Rex rabbits, German Angora rabbits, and Great Pyrenees livestock guardians. We are also working on fencing and permaculture gardening projects around the farm. We have 2 little boys (and a mystery #3 on the way!), who keep us busier than the entire farm combined... Cyrus Ridge Farm is located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
