Oakwood Kennel was established in 1993 and our first German Pinscher joined the family in 2002. The breed was accepted into the American Kennel Club in 2003. The emphasis in our breeding program is always on the total pinscher, with temperament being primary and excellence in conformation for beauty in the show ring and working endurance as well as health excellence to ensure the German Pinscher is a stable family dog and wonderful and long lived companion. Oakwood German Pinschers are known around the world, our dogs have won at the world dog show, multiple national specialty and Westminster winners. Oakwood dogs are top competitors in agility, scent work, and many other performance events.

At IMMER TREU we breed excellent examples of the GERMAN PINSCHER focusing on health and temperament while maintaining breed type. Our dogs compete in conformation, obedience, rally, agility, tracking and nosework. An Immer Treu German Pinscher is the first GP in U.S. Law Enforcement. We work with breeders in the U.S. and overseas importing and exporting dogs to continuously improve the breed. We have bred National Specialty winners as well as competed overseas with great results.
