StarCrest Greater Swiss Mountain is located on beautiful Whidbey Island, just north of Seattle, WA. Our goal is to breed happy, healthy swissys that will be more than a great performance or working dog, but will be a wonderful companion. In the past we have bred hunting labs, but once introduced to the Swissy breed, we fell in love with them and will be lifetime owners and breeders of these loyal, goofy, sweet dogs. While we strive to have success in the ring, breeding happy, healthy, sound puppies is our priority. We do all CHIC testing and only breed dogs that have passed all their health clearances. Our puppies are raised around the family in our home and are well socialized by the time they go to their new families. They will be wormed, microchipped and have their first shots prior to going home. We encourage all interested future Swissy owners that complete an application to visit us and interact with the puppies (by appointment). So please complete an application on our site to get on the list of future owners. All prospective puppy owners should do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
