We have puppies available! Welcome to Bayview Shih Tzu!! I am a small hobby breeder and a stay at home mom too 3 wonderful children. We are located on the Kitsap Peninsula....just an hour away from Seattle and Olympia. I started showing dogs in 1996 and have been breeding Shih Tzu since 2004. I've taken a break from showing at the moment to raise my family...as soon as the kids get old enough we will be showing again. We are completely devoted to our Shih Tzu that share our home and our lives. Our Shih Tzu are a part of the family and live in our home as pampered pets. We want each of our babies to live out their lives as valued household members. We are not as interested in how many are finished champions, as we are in knowing they are loved and cherished family members. All of our puppies are sold as pets....no breeding rights. They are raised in our home and handled from day 1. You will never find a shy or scared dog from here. Our puppies are very socialized. All of our puppies come litter box trained, vet checked and up to date on everything. We don't have very many litters a year, But occasionally we will have beautiful puppies available. Tiny Tzu Mighty is operated by me, Staci, who has a huge love for the Shih Tzu Breed. I am a stay-at-home grandma to six beautiful grandchildren that all devote attention and time playing with my little Shih Tzu crew. Dogs of all breeds have adorned my life since I was just a child. At one time I raised and bred Cocker Spaniels. They are a wonderful breed also. I have been owned by Labs, Yorkies, Papillion's, Basset Hounds, Chows, Doberman Pincers, Rottweilers and Shelties over the years. When I was introduced to the Shih Tzu breed, I knew I had found my forever loves!! I maintain a fairly small breeding program to ensure that each of my Shih Tzus get lots of love and attention. They are all raised in my home as part of my family. They are each well socialized from birth by my grandkids and myself. They have a large area in the yard they get to run and explore daily in a safe environment. Some love to play in the pool while others prefer to sunbathe and work on their tans. When in the house they are free to run the rec room and in the evenings sleep in their puppy playpens. By the time they get to go to their new homes they are socialized and spoiled already for their new owners. To improve my knowledge I have studied, tested and completed all AKC Courses For Breeders including: ABCs of Dog Breeding Anatomy Part 1, ABCs of Dog Breeding Anatomy Part 2, AKC Breeding Basics, ABCs of Dog Breeding, Breeding Systems, ABCs of Dog Breeding Genetic Defects, ABCs of Dog Breeding, Genetics Part 1, ABCs of Dog Breeding, Genetics Part 2, ABCs of Dog Breeding Kennel Blindness, ABCs of Dog Breeding, Pedigree, ABCs of Dog Breeding, Selection, Nutritional Influences on Reproduction and Whelping Medical Intervention. Certificates of completion are available for your viewing. Breeding for quality is my first priority. My goal is to improve the breed by mating Shih Tzus that are in high confirmation of the breed standard, health and temperament. At this time, I am only breeding to my own males. Always pairing with what I believe will line up well in the Shih Tzu standards. Each of my Shih Tzu's have had Embark health testing done as to help with knowing who to breed to who. I breed for a wide variety of color and color patterns. Color is strictly an individual preference. I have not seen any proof that certain colors make better or worse companions. Whatever your preference I am confident I will eventually have a puppy that fills your dreams!

Fell absolutely in love with the breed 5 years ago when I got my first Shih Tzu and trained him for his CGC and trick dog. I began to show conformation and the rest is history! I have wonderful mentors that have been in the breed over 40 years. They have been so kind to share their bloodlines that they have worked so diligently over the years to improve the breed. They are members of the American Shih Tzu Club and AKC breeders of merit. I also have recently become a member of the American Shih Tzu Club. I am also a member of the Puget Sound Shih Tzu Fanciers. My goal is to apply the highest standards of providing quality, health tested and good temperaments to my breeding practices.
