John Smith is from Wisconsin and breeds German Shorthaired Pointers. I bought my first gsp 6 years ago.I have 5 dogs now,2 males,3 females. I run akc field trails and hunt test with my dogs and have titled dogs. I hunt the dogs in northern Wisconsin in the fall of the year, keying on grouse and woodcock. As fall progress,I go back to southwestern Wisconsin where I'am from to hunt pheasant, and migrating woodcock. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. Our dogs lineage come from the old classic gentlemen's foot hunting Ryman/Old Hemlock bloodlines.
